Joining Renasia and the Dissolution of Government

In September of 2012, Gishabrun decided to join the Free State of Renasia as a Special Autonomous Region (henceforth: Gishabrun or Gishabrun SAR). The position of Tsar was renamed "Knyaz" (equivalent of Prince in Russian). Since then, little has been done in Gishabrun due to other affairs.
By the old constitution, which still technically applied (mostly), we were scheduled to have an Eite Duma election in April. Using his powers as Knyaz, Kuri delayed this election by the maximum 2 months. After this period passed (on June 1st 2013), Gishabrun was not ready for an election, as the new constitution was being drafted. Thus, the government dissolved and the Knyaz, whose position is guaranteed by the Gishabrun SAR treaty with Renasia, has taken absolute power in Gishabrun.
The new constitution is currently being drafted, and, once approved by the Knyaz, shall limit his powers and create a democratic government.
